Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.

I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.
