George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
Very good quality work with unbelievably cheaper price. Very good value for money. Any other work he was not an expert in, he knew other peoples and brought them who could do the job in the best manner. Overall, job very well done, thats why I am giving 5 stars.
Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project.
