Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Despite knowing the extreme urgency from day one—and being reminded constantly—he left a basic door replacement unfinished for over 10 days! His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. What little work he did was crooked cuts, no trim, poor installation of fire elements. The doors he brought were also of lower quality. Poor skill and no respect for the job promised.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
