More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Having been let down by my regular painter, I had to bring someone in asap to decorate a two bed apartment within 7 days. Wallpaper stripped, walls made good and full paint job on walls, ceilings, door frames and skirtings required. Thankfully Pierre and Jean were able to help. Job was done in time and to a good standard. I will use them again. It's always a bit worrying using new tradesmen but I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again. Thanks for your help

Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.
