Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

What a hero! John arrived within an hour of our initial phone call despite it being late in the afternoon. He went above and beyond the line of duty systematically fixing not only the original posted job but others that reared their ugly heads in our old stone cottage. He would not leave for the evening (returning to repair the other problems a day later) until he was able to leave us with an electricity supply as it is needed to bring water to the house. I cannot fault any aspect of his work-top bloke too!
