The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
