Ben’s journey in construction started at an early age. He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. This gave Ben an early understanding of construction that came from being around real projects, real trades and the realities of building. He later studied Architecture, developing a deeper understanding of design, structure and how buildings come together. During this time, his passion for timber and craftsmanship became particularly strong. He discovered that what interested him most was not only designing buildings, but actually creating them. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million. This experience gave him an understanding of the organisation, standards and responsibility required on larger construction projects. NOAH Construction was then established as a way to build something of his own. In just three years, the company has progressed from delivering smaller projects to successfully undertaking works ranging from approximately £50,000 to £1 million in value. Today, Ben combines three important parts of his background: hands-on construction experience from an early age, architectural education, and experience working within larger-scale construction environments. His particular passion remains timber and craftsmanship, but his approach to construction goes beyond one material or trade. Mariusz, (ML contractors), is an exceptional artisan. We needed repairs to a kitchen work surface and replacement of the mixer tap for our rental flat. See photo, he replaced a section of the work surface and fitted this and made good the repairs. So we also got him to decorate 2 rooms again the work was brilliant, efficient and reasonably priced. Can't recommend highly enough!! We will definitely use his skills again.

He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance
