My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

My company JSS construction London ltd. I have 19 years of experience in the construction industry, the company is based in London and provides construction work and plumbing, ensuring the needs of the client and completing the work to their full satisfaction.
I am an NVQ3 qualified plumbing and heating engineer working in Surrey and the surrounding area. I specialise in boiler replacements and full heating system installations. I am Gas Safe registered and a member of the CIPHE.
Paul was competitively priced. Helpful and did a good job fitting new boiler, radiators and bathroom. Quickly got on with the job. Would recommend. However worth noting he works alone (on my job anyway) and I was onsite, to help out with some two man 'lifting and shifting'. He omitted to connect the boiler controlled preheat function and wanted to charge to come back to do this. A 20 min job that would have taken 1 minute during initial installation. Reluctant (but relented) to include a gas safety cert.
