I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Very bad experience. Terrible attitude & really bad worker. Damaged my walls & left loose wiring hanging out making it dangerous to even enter the room. Charged me £850 just to wire up 2 sockets getting source from another socket. Was supposed to connect wires to meter board but instead overloaded my socket & now constantly tripping fuse. Told me he will return the next day & will finish the job but has not answered his fone & has not replied to any messages. After trying to contact him for 3 days no reply.
