Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. Spoke to him on phone sent pictures via WhatsApp to show what I needed doing. He replied that he could do job no problem gave a day but said he would ring daybefore with time etc never heard from himat all not very happy with service will use him at all sorry
