Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. Was all good at 1st but it’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting on the building regs, I was told I would get it in a week. Came out to do a charger replacement and he installed it on MDF outside. Told me to treat it and it would be fine. MDF doesn’t go outside even treated. When he’s ready, he will just not answer your calls.
