Our Director, Andy Groves, left the Royal Navy in 2020 and set up the business to bring his military ethos and electrical experience to the industry. Great service and very prompt
I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Naveed was very punctual on both occasions, firstly to give me a quote which was very reasonable and then the following day to do the work. I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy. I was equally comfortable leaving him alone in the house or being there alone with him (as a young woman). A joy to work with.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
