Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him

Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.

AVOID! Jon seemed done good job at the time. He also charging high as positions him as highly experienced professional. 18 months after the roof leaked and Pompelli didn't assume any responsibility and declared that he give only 12 moths guaranty. Council building control failed his installation due incorrect insulation installed and created moist being trapped under roof, room became dump, channeled electrical cables and cut beams, that led to ceiling drop by 4 inches. We had to hire a real builder to fix!

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
