Ben went above and beyond, he made sure the original problem was fully resolved and even spotted and fixed a few other related issues along the way, saving me from future headaches. He even checked back afterwards to confirm everything was still working properly, real attention to detail. The price was fair and transparent, no surprises. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
