Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. After the work was completed, we asked if the gutter flow could be adjusted slightly. Dan came back promptly in a good-natured, helpful way. To me, that speaks volumes about the confidence he has in his work and his willingness to stand behind it.
I am a qualified plumber and Gas Safe Engineer . I have done upto NVQ level 3 in plumbing and have work experience for about 11/12years. I have also done an electrician course. In the mean time I am undertaking any bathroom related contract jobs, plumbing (boiler repair, installation), electric work, carpeting and tiling.
