Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.

We have had our boiler replaced recently replaced by Nigel at Beaumont Plumbing. Excellent service and very professional. Would recommend to everyone. We have had issues with our heating and radiators since we moved in 6 months ago but no one was able to fix. Very reasonable price. Since fitting us with a new boiler Nigel has kindly organised our roof to be repaired. The guys were so lovely and professional. I now have a sealed roof and warm house thanks to them. Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.
