Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

We have excellent day to day experience in all aspects of plumbing, we are willing to work all hours and also work weekends which will suit to customers who work 9-5 jobs Monday-Friday. Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built.
