This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Booked for an urgent job, after he replied quickly to my advert. Said he could be with me first thing the next day. During the next 24 hours he gave four excuses for not being able to attend, each with a commitment to another appointment. Never showed up.
