I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

Brand new to this website, so dont have any ratings. But with over thirty years experience in joinery as well as other building related trades. I am far from a beginner. Reasonable prices, happy to work on a day rate or a fixed price basis. Very approachable and easy to work with, good communication skills. Polite and respectful in people's homes. I had recently purchased a new kitchen which I was installing myself but needed someone to install the worktops. Ryan was extremely helpful in helping me ensure that everything was ready for the worktops. He was very careful in setting out the worktops which were installed to a very high standard. He made sure that everything was cleaned up as he went, leaving me with more tips and helpful advice for finishing the whole project. Would definitely use his services again and am happy to recommend him.
