George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I have many years experience in the building trade. my main trades being roofing and carpentry When doing refurbs or new builds I will work with my 2 sons who cover masonry, plastering, rendering . All work covered by public liability insurance ,
Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Eugene and his company again in the not too distant future.

Under no circumstances use these people. They have made an utter mess of our roof. They are utterly negligent. They will not return calls. They have taken a substantial amount of money and not undertaken the work. We are now asking the Police and Court to get involved.

Whether it's just changing a lock, unblocking a toilet, decorating one room or the whole house, or a refurbishment of the whole property - we can do it at competitive rates.
Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. They were very meticulous on leaving the site clean each day after work. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to us them again.

We have been building and renovating property since 2005. Over the years, we have predominantly focused on our own projects, but more recently, we are offering our services to clients. Our experience covers all aspects of property works.
Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

Iain is very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job fitting our new bedroom door, cleaned up after himself and charged a very reasonable price, I would have no hesitation in using his services again and I highly recommend him to one and all!
