We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Arthur was the epitome of a professional. I’m a solo female buyer, a first time buyer and first time renovator so I was nervous that I would get taken advantage of. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. We got 6 walls newly plastered. 2 of the walls had unevenness. Very poor workmanship with evidence to back up claims. Adam has paid some money back to us to fix the issue but it should of been done properly in the first place.
