I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Revamp Team installed a cloakroom for us in a very confined small space. The walls and ceiling had to be boarded out and the floor needed to be levelled. Ricardo always involved us in all the key decisions as well as providing his expert opinion. The quality of the finish was excellent and he used the best quality fixtures and fittings available within our budget to ensure a great job. We would definitely recommend him and his team.
