John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Darren was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We had worktops cut for our kitchen and he did them to an excellent standard. Whilst he was on the job we asked if it was possible to fit the high rise units we had purchased for our kitchen. He had no problem with doing this and charged us a very reasonable amount. Any further work we would need to have done, Darren would be our first and only call. Great work, great service, great results.

Big thank you to Alex and his team. Excellent refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. Finished to a very high standard. Alex has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work. He has been flexible and accommodating with his work schedule, and understanding of delays that I caused. There were no unexpected costs and excellent value. Highly recommended.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

Works hard Reliable Gives honest opinion Trustworthy I had bathroom and kitchen done with materials supply and fit. My budget was £3500 but ended with spending tad more than i thought initially. Great work but takes time as he is one man army.

When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.
