Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I've been locksmithing for over 20 years and have worked at some of the national companies over that time and have seen how some of them treat customers... Without customers we wouldn't have a business and so all customers have to be treated properly - some of those larger companies didn't seem to understand this.
