Tom came around to quote exactly when he said he would. Provided a very competitive price for the work. The work was completed when he said he would (despite the horrendous weather) and he also provided videos of before and after work so I could see exactly what had been carried out. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
