George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. House door was very poorly painted which he promised to do another coat later on but never did. Also, paid him to buy a new handle for house door to replace as handle was lose. Have been trying to get him to replace the handle and repaint the door for over 3 weeks and he kept giving excuses without delivering or paying back the cost of material. Should have given him zero stars but the website doesn't allow me.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
