Despite knowing the extreme urgency from day one—and being reminded constantly—he left a basic door replacement unfinished for over 10 days! His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time.
