Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. We had our original oak parquet floors done a few years back by Luka straight after our floors were cracked and snapped. I sent photos to Luka of the cracks one day after and never heard back.
