They came and quoted, and provided a clear statement of work on what we agreed. They completed the work quickly. Turned up when they said they would, and if they couldn't, they let me know. Unfortunately leak that had supposedly been repaired has returned within a few months, but cannot get Ace Roofing back to revisit and inspect. Ignoring my calls is adding to the disappointment.
