william young responded to my job advert,initially he phoned me to arrange to come and view the job and quote.He arrived 60 mins later and had a good look at what we needed doing, we agreed to the price and he said he would PENCIL us in for the following week I contacted him the next day to tell him we had purchased the wallpaper and when he would be coming to do the job I Had no response to any of my messages and even phoned him but the phone went to voice mail I again left him a message but no response

Mark came out to look at the job and provided me with a reasonable quotation unlike DPW Electrical who just asked for details over the phone, I'm not sure how you can give a definitive quote like that! No job too small
I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
