Ben responded very quickly to the posting and on his review of the gate we agreed that repair was not feasible and the solution was to install a new gate. Ben worked hard to build and install a replica of the old gate and I am happy with the end result. I’m more than happy with the replacement conservatory door that Michael has fitted and the finished result is far better than I anticipated. Nothing about the job fazed him and the “niggles” that could have been a problem for some tradespeople were easily solved by Michael. Michael made contact via telephone the day after my job was posted so we had a chat about what was involved and he arranged to come and look. From start to finish the job was completed in a quick and timely manner.
