Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

I hired this Mark to swap out seven radiators. Initially he quoted and I went ahead with the job. On the day before we arranged, he wanted to postpone because another job had run over, which caused some complications for me, but we managed to agree a new time. Unfortunately, he never showed up at the agreed time. I tried calling and messaging him several times but he ignored all attempts to get in touch. Very poor communication and reliability, and overall not a good experience at all.
