Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. we specialise in all aspects of plastering inc. dryline and skim , float and skim , skimming over artex , magnetic skimming and also monacuch render and floor screeding.
Change of rating. Job was done in less than a day with 4 plasterers on site. We had problems with the finish and Ashley came back and worked for 2\3 hours but now that it has dried out and been painted we can see see marks and uneven surfaces everywhere. The plaster is so thin in places, some came off during painting leaving a mark. We took dado rail off and can still see marks where it had been. Hair line cracks the full length of the wall are also appearing.

Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.

I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
