After speaking with several Builders, I decided to select them. They turned up smart professional listened and approach the job with professionalism. A pretty good job was done, but they charged a lot of money to say they were only onsite for 3.5 hours. They also didn’t re-sand in between the joists as I would have expected.

Initial service was great. But grass that was laid hasn’t last a year with a lot of patches and bits that have died. I watered and cut the grass regularly as I trusted but the grass just hasn’t lasted. Unfortunately, after several requests for help, Christian hasn’t been very responsive and showing no signs of helping.
