Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.

The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. We recently had Jay come to replace our radiators, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. Jay was also very respectful of the space, kept things tidy, and even took the opened packaging of the radiators with him. The new radiators look and perform great thanks to his skill.
