We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. quick response head man very pleasant started off with a £5000 quoted from Pictures,when. he got here he found other damage quote increased to £15000 did the work in the time frame had to call them back several times because they just hadn't cleared up probably at least they did return mainly because I held funds,failed to use matching tiles on the roof caps which look out of place,they took down solar panels told me they would re install they failed was promised a call back never heard another thing.

Specialising in lime re-pointing to brick and stonework, and also hard landscaping. Now looking to work in the domestic side. As of 2022 we now have offices in Selsey, Banbury & Sandy Bedfordshire.
Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...
