Derrick is a highly knowledgeable & professional builder, he went over and above expectations when removing a load bearing wall to create a kitchen diner in our house along with removing an outdoor toilet. We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.
Hi I’m Chris self employed for 19 years in the decorating industry, all the usual decorating stuff undertaken,interior,exterior,wallpapering,however I’m making the transition over to spray painting kitchens,furniture,and interior wood and walls, upvc windows, etc, i believe this will give the customer a superior finish with quicker turnaround for both parties, once seen I think you’ll agree.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!
