We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.

Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along.
