I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.

The work was to a really high standard with a lot of care taken over each part to make sure it was perfect. They were both extremely hard working, polite, tidy and very fairly priced. The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons.
