Exceptional service in exceptional times. Possible lost tile, turns out that the roof was intact. Mike was efficient and changed a slightly damaged tile (which I already had). Free of charge. A smart young outfit with a good range of expertise from professional training and family background in the business. We found them polite,considerate, trustworthy and very tidy. Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.
