Luxury vinyl tile is fast taking over from laminate and ceramic tiles due to no laminate warping or grout cracking but it looks the exact same but more durable and longer lasting! The job involved removal of a washbasin and WC in two en-suites, remove old tiles in one, and then retile both en-suites. The result: neither WC properly replace or aligned: only one screw holding one pan! One of the washbasin feed is leaking. Tiles are not smoothe and edge sealing was amateurish. The job was heavily overpriced. I would not use 5hem again.

I needed a new front door and mullions fitted. Arnold come and give mw a quote and we agreed on a price. He came the next day and done the door and the mullion to a very high standard. The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
