Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Unreliable, this company contacted me on Rated People, exchanged messages and were very keen to provide a quote. I also spoke to Phillip on the phone who was due to send a quote through the same day, as well as call to my home the next day, however, he never sent any quote through and also never contacted me to arrange a time to call round.
