I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Miroslaw is an exceptionally good builder. He installed a team in my house within about a week, they worked incredibly hard (and cleaned up nightly) and delivered top-notch work. He's totally reasonable about the quote, we added a few things on as we went with a quick agreement about the price change - none of the headaches that you normally have with builders. We highly recommend David for decorating. We had just renovated a 2.5 metre square bathroom and had the finishing to complete, including: "mist" coats of base paint onto fresh plaster, ceiling, edging, and woodwork. David liaised with us on paint selection and collected it himself. He arrived on time for the job, and finished when he said he would. The end result was great. Other decorators might be "slightly" cheaper, but we will be re-hiring David for his quality work.
