David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

I posted this job on Rated People on Saturday Feb 8th and the first response was from Paul and he came around to assess the job the following day. Jeff did a fantastic job for us converting a window into French doors and creating an outside covered deck. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. Everything was very tidy and a great quality of workmanship. Jeff was able to bring up many points to be considered based on his experience which ensured that we had the desired outcome. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, and we intend to arrange for further work at a future date.

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

Lee responded very quickly to the job. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and quoted a reasonable price to fix my door lock and window handle. Him and his colleague did the job quickly on the day and offered to come back if there were any problems. I will definitely be keeping him in my phone contacts for the future.

Craig, Chris and the team provide an extremely competitive quote and have retiled our whole roof to an excellent standard. They also went above and beyond and fitted new, skylight window, gutters and facia for no extra Labour cost. Finally they were also great guys to get on with and also very professional
