We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. We had our original oak parquet floors done a few years back by Luka straight after our floors were cracked and snapped. I sent photos to Luka of the cracks one day after and never heard back.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
