Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. A bit about myself names pj from tipperary Ireland, in uk several years now with 20 years experience of qualified carpenter, builder, and plastering I hold a certified for level 6 master craftsmanship for carpentry. and a British gymism for plastering. ive two gold cscs cards and several certificates such as working at heights, harness trained ect. I'm also an incident controller trained to manage small to major accidents. I believe everyone has a calling and mines been in residential and commercial construction from small to big projects and everything in between and soon will help with yours. I take great pride in my work and dont see it as a job but more like living my best life. I've done my travelling overseas been to Australia and Canada for several big companies. Unbeatable I found quay builders via a google search and liked the work I see on his website. Christian and his grandfather. Designed and completed built in wardrobes, storage, and a computer desk in my loft. Literally can not recommend him enough. Really quick at what he does to a very high standard. Prices certainly unbeatable. Would not hesitate to have Christian back to do more work in my home. Very genuine guy. You will not be disappointed.
