I needed a new front door and mullions fitted. Arnold come and give mw a quote and we agreed on a price. He came the next day and done the door and the mullion to a very high standard. I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

Asked for the following jobs to be done: Worktops fitted New sink put in Light sockets changed Skirting board changed in downstairs toilet Worktop is scratched Light socket doesn’t switch the light on Massive hole left in wall. Said he’d return the next day to put right. Didn’t return. I’ve messaged every day since. No reply. DO NOT USE. Reporting to Trading Standards now and taking to small claims court.
