Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
Without stress plumbing and heating are experts in trace and access works finding and repairing leaks working along side insurance companies and clients. we are a small family business with over 30 years experience within the industry and we use all the latest equipment and technology . we cover all aspects of the work from start to finish and have a team who have experience and skills within all areas of construction works and all our work is to a high standard and quality.
The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.
