We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

No job too small
After completing some lighting work I went in to have lighting installed on my wooden staircase .. worked ok to begin with but the sensor developed a fault and lighting continually flashed on and off this was Dec 24. Bradley has promised numerous times to rectify the fault I’ve taken time off work when he made arrangements to come but he has yet to turn up.. I would therefore not recommend as he has let me down. After posting the above he contacted me to arrange to come again and failed to turn up ..

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

It turns out we'd bought a gate that wasn't the right size, but Joe managed to make it work without a problem and was professional and friendly throughout. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Hi I’m Jake I’ve just started by my self was originally joiner for a building firm. I have 5 years experience which over the year I’ve done a large variety of projects from kitchens to 1st fix, 2nd fix, windows and doors there’s not a part of joinery which I can’t do.
Jake has done a fantastic job fitting a glass balustrade. We love it, it's exactly what we wanted. Jake also removed all the rubbish including the old balustrade and hand rail, hoovered and placed everything back where it was, Jake is a polite young man , hard working and very tidy . Jake's prices are very reasonable, we are very pleased with his work.
