We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. The job was more difficult than either of us anticipated, plus we asked him to do a few extra bits not originally quoted for, but he just ploughed on until the job was done. Dan always cleaned up after each day and tried to keep mess to a minimum. The finish in the bathroom is first class, we just love it! Will certainly use him again and recommend him to others.
